I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, en'itled

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary

Sum of One hundred and sixty-six thousand seven hundred and

thirty-five Dollars and eighty-five Cents, to defray the Charges

of the Year 1907

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions
